Fairdinkum Consulting had outgrown their old way of handling documentation. Their SharePoint site was disorganized, unreliable, and rarely used. Poor organization and stale data in our existing documentation

  • Before we switched to Hudu, we were using a SharePoint site as our documentation repository.

  • Another big issue was that our documentation system didn’t integrate with our PSA, ConnectWise.

  • With Hudu’s built-in expiration tracking, Fairdinkum monitors domains, SSL certificates, warranties, and renewals. Automated alerts ensure the team can proactively renew assets before they lapse, eliminating last-minute scrambles.

API + custom alerts

  • Fairdinkum uses the Hudu API to enhance automation. By pulling expiration dates from documented assets, they trigger workflows like ticket creation in ConnectWise, which helps maintain visibility and streamlines operations.

Templates

  • Hudu’s template-based checklists provide a repeatable system for new user onboarding and off-boarding. This ensures nothing gets missed during client transitions and helps standardize internal procedures..
