Poor organization and stale data in our existing documentation

Expiration tracking and alerting for critical assets
- One of the key benefits has been the ability to track critical asset expirations like domain names, SSL certificates, hardware warranties, and software renewals. It’s saved us from scrambling to reinstate expired contracts.
Custom alerting scripts via the API
- We use these scripts to pull expiration dates from various assets and trigger actions like opening tickets in ConnectWise. It’s streamlined our process a lot.
Template-based onboarding/off-boarding
- We’ve also started using Hudu’s templates for new user onboarding and off-boarding.
