2024: Embracing the Journey

As we start off in 2025, it's important to take a moment to reflect on what an incredible year we had in 2024 - filled with new features, great events, and an expansion of our partners and community. Key Highlights: The Big Wins of 2024

On top of some great new features, we focused a lot of effort on speed, performance, and quality of life improvements. Here's a look at some of the biggest product updates we celebrated.

IPAM & Rack Management

We kicked off the year by launching two powerful features: IP Address Management and Rack Management. IPAM lets you organize your networks, track client IPs, and manage sub-networks. Rack Management gives you full visibility into server rack utilization, linking assets, photos, and more, for complete control.

External App Overhauls

We completely re-engineered our mobile app, which allows you to create processes, manage tasks, and access your records through a new dashboard making managing your work on-the-go even easier. We made significant improvements to the browser extensions, increasing speed, accuracy, and more.

Hudu Assist

Keep everything you need in one place by integrating directly into your PSA or RMM, enabling you to access Hudu screens, related assets, passwords, files and more without leaving your PSA/RMM. Now available for HaloPSA, Syncro, NinjaOne, Autotask, and ConnectWise PSA.

Data Table Overhaul

We had a much-needed overhaul to data tables. Features like fixed headers, sortable columns, improved search, and new bulk actions made data management more intuitive and efficient for all users.

Permission Overhaul

We introduced phase 1 of our new user permission system, allowing for greater customization and more granular control over user access and group management.

API Improvements

Documentation is ever changing, and efficiency is more important than ever before. Through our API additions and enhancements, you can save time by easily reorganizing your instance, improve monitoring of your technician’s activity, streamline your tasks, and automate your workflows.

  • Added ConnectWise PSA site/location sync

  • Asset link fields can now pull from multiple asset layouts

  • Added address field type for asset layouts

  • Article version comparison with KB Diff Checking

  • Added compare asset differences and enhanced revision history for asset layouts

New and Improved Integrations

This year, we made it even easier to connect your tools with Hudu. We added several new integrations, overhauled several previous integrations, and had some great partners collaborate to build even more! Some new integrations include:

• Ubiquiti UniFi: Now, you can seamlessly connect with Ubiquiti Unifi to manage your network infrastructure directly from Hudu.

• Cisco Meraki: You can Connect your Meraki Integration to Hudu and bring in devices and organizations.

• N-able N-central: Ensure seamless data management, improved productivity, and exceptional accuracy throughout your systems by creating or merging your customers, sites, and devices.

• Addigy: Sync your policies by creating client spaces within Hudu directly or seamlessly merge them into existing client spaces and pull device information from Addigy, sorted into asset layouts.
