Big updates just landed in Hudu! We're introducing a new Microsoft Intune integration, Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning, expanded API support for password folders, and powerful new ways to customize your table views. These changes are all about giving your team more flexibility, automation, and visibility - right where you need it.

Highlights

Microsoft Intune integration

Managing devices across tools isn't ideal. With Hudu’s new Microsoft Intune integration, you can pull device details like inventory and compliance status directly from your tenant into Hudu. Keep everything centralized, searchable, and audit-ready.

JIT Provisioning

Onboard smarter, not harder. With JIT Provisioning, new users can create their own Hudu accounts automatically on first sign-in with no manual setup required. Just enable it in your SSO settings for seamless, secure access and one less thing on your plate.

Password Folder API

The Password Folders API is here - built for teams who want more control through code. Use the new endpoints to create, edit, and delete password folders programmatically. Whether you're syncing from another system or managing structure at scale, you can now maintain consistency without doing it all manually.

Customize table columns

No more one-size-fits-all views. You can now choose exactly which columns appear in the Central KB, Companies Directory, and every company table - from assets and passwords to VLAN zones and racks. Highlight what’s relevant, hide what’s not, and make your workspace truly your own.

Bug Fixes

• Photos in KB articles created by the Hudu browser extension screen capture feature not visible when article shared via public share link
• Companies being duplicated when using the “add all companies” option when managing a group’s company access
• Creating a new password when inside a folder was not automatically populating the folder input
• User profile was able to be edited by an admin using impersonate mode
• Activity log not updating for some users
• Password copy buttons not working for some users
• Documentation quality discrepancy between dashboard and global views for some users
• Delay in displaying an IP that was assigned to a newly created asset
• Datto RMM card re-sync issue
• Expiration Notifications show asset_field instead of the field name for some users
• “HuduBot where are you?” displaying incorrectly in integration logs for some users
• Websites not automatically refreshing for some users
• Adjusted text wrapping for TTL values in TXT records
