What challenges were you facing before Hudu?

IT Glue felt stale

How are you using Hudu?

At first, we mainly used it just for storing passwords. Over time, it’s grown into a complete overview of each client’s environment. The integrations have been especially useful, helping us pull everything into one place so we’re not chasing details across multiple tools. Expiration alerts have also become a big part of our workflow.

What do you like most about Hudu?

Modern and responsive
  • What I like most is how modern and responsive Hudu feels. Everything loads quickly and looks clean, both on the web and in the mobile app.
Steady pace of improvements
  • I really appreciate the steady pace of new features and improvements. The product has grown a lot since we first started using it, and it keeps getting better without losing its simplicity.

Real-time team updates
  • We use webhooks to send Teams notifications whenever new or updated KB articles are published. It keeps the team instantly in the loop.
Adding AI to the mix
  • We’re starting to learn n8n and plan to build workflows that automatically summarize changes with AI, giving more context without extra effort.
Turning expirations into opportunities
  • By setting up custom assets with expiration dates that feed directly into our PSA, we never miss renewals or end-of-life events — and it’s helped drive new revenue.
